Ruby Phelan is a writer-director whose award-winning shorts have screened globally, gaining her a Cannes nomination. She directed The Woman in the Wardrobe, in partnership with the UN, and is represented by Casarotto Ramsay & Associates.


Irish-born, London-based producer and founder of AnyOther. Productions, Ethan McDowell is known for balancing creative ambition with precision - delivering bold, cinematic, and emotionally grounded work across film, HETV, and advertising.
